The Committee on House Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page one, section three-a, line two, after the words “$1 million” by inserting a period and striking out the remainder of the section. 

And after the period by inserting the following words:  “The moratorium on purchasing real property, as established in this section, shall sunset on the first day of July, 2018 unless sooner terminated, continued, or reestablished pursuant to a future act of the legislature.  Before December 31, 2017, the legislative auditor shall report on the status of the state’s financial resources.“
